The Prompt
Vulcan Park & Museum created a campaign to raise funds and activate supporters by offering a custom Vulcan license plate. The car tag should celebrate the Vulcan and tie back to the museum’s branding.
The Design
Using the state’s guidelines for custom artwork on plates, I created a simplified illustration of the Vulcan and featured the Birmingham skyline in the museum’s orange. I carefully considered readability and clarity to create a design that is vibrant and clear from near or far.
