Cost of software, any stock photography, fonts, or costs of printing.
All files will be delivered print-ready but printing services is not included in any package. I’m happy to recommend different printing options, but always advocate for working with your local printing shop.

 

 HOW DOES IT WORK?

Working with third party services can be an endless game of phone tag and read receipts. My biggest priority is ensuring clear communication between Mandalu and its clients. Our processes are designed to ensure you never need guess where we are at or what step is next in the project.

 

STEP 1

Reach Out/Inquiry Form

Reach out via email or with this short form to give any information that you have for your campaign.


STEP 2

Connection Call

During the call, we will connect on your organization and get on the same page with your vision for this campaign.


STEP 3

Book Your Package

If you are ready to move forward, an initial deposit (50% of the final invoice) is due to book your package.


STEP 4

Creative Brief

You will receive a PDF Creative Brief. This will act as a kind of road map or mood board for the project and ensure that everyone is on the same page. You will be able to review the brief and give any feedback before we move on.


STEP 5

Designing Begins

Two proofs are included in your package for your review and feedback. After you receive each proof, we will schedule a brief call to connect on edits and next steps.*


STEP 6

Design Approved

You officially mark this off your to-do list and move on to finalizing the rest of your planning. After a celebratory cupcake, of course.


STEP 7

All Files Delivered

As soon as the remaining invoice is paid (50% of total), you will receive all designs and assets in your campaign, via Dropbox, ready for print and posting!


*turn-around time: 5 business days

I guarantee to deliver the next batch of edits or proofs within 5 business days of receiving feedback. So please be diligent on when you need your assets sent to the printer or published. Rush jobs, as indicated by your invoice, are an exception to this rule and will be approached on an individual basis between Mandalu and Client.

 
 

 HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Branding packages vary depending on client needs, and range from $1500 for exhibition and event promotion to $3000 for full organization branding. Collateral add-ons are available for $200 each on top of package price.
